Who do we all work with?
With institutions that take care of the safe use of products, the safety of drinking water in contact with the water heater and for measuring the energy efficiency of products. Our partners include the Slovenian Institute for Quality and Metrology SIQ, the German VDE, the American Intertek, the Australian SAI Global, the Saudi SASO, the German Hygiene-Institut, the Dutch Kiwa and the Czech SZU.
All Tiki products are SiQ certified. The certificate is the main indicator of product conformity and confirms that every Tiki product meets the essential requirements regarding consumer safety, health and environmental protection, as defined by the legislation of the European Union.
Customer safety
Labeling products in accordance with current European legislation brings certainty to consumers that Tiki solutions are safe, economical and environmentally friendly. Once a year, external independent control bodies determine the conformity of products with the specific and general requirements of production standards.
European and global standards
In the European Union, when it comes to safety standards, the following labels are most often encountered: EN 60335-1, EN 60335-2-21, EN 60335-2-40 and EN 62233. Regarding electromagnetic compatibility, the most common labels are EN 55014-1, EN 55014 -2, EN 61000-3-2 and EN 61000-3-3.
The American standard for safety is UL 174, which is particularly challenging to obtain, as higher requirements regarding materials and safety apply in the USA.
ISO 9001
In addition to all certified products, the company TIKI HVAC d.o.o. ISO 9001 certificate. This confirms that the organization has implemented a quality system and is carefully maintaining it.
The standard specifies the requirements for the quality management system, and their application in practice enables the ability to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services.
